MOCANAQUA, Pa. — An EMT was sentenced to a year on probation and must register as a sex offender after secretly filming a female colleague using the restroom.
The Citizens’ Voice reported that Francis Lenahan, 55, pleaded guilty in April to a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
Prosecutors said Lenahan used the camera on his phone last year to take nude footage of the woman by placing the camera on the keyhole of the bathroom door.
Lenahan’s fiancé saw the video and reported him to the ambulance company.
