The sole purpose of the National EMS Memorial Foundation (NEMSMF) is to design, build and maintain a permanent EMS memorial in Washington DC or its environs, to honor and recognize the commitment, service and sacrifice of the men and women of EMS across our nation, who have made the ultimate sacrifice and for those who continue to serve.
In their honor, and to honor all of those who give of themselves every day so that others may live, the National EMS Memorial Foundation is hosting a EMS Service of Remembrance during the 2015 National EMS Week. The Foundation encourages all members of the EMS community to join us for this event.

Join EMS providers along with dignitaries and EMS leaders from across the Nation as we remember those we have lost in the line of duty at one of Boston’s most historic landmarks- The Great Hall in Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Please join us for a reception at the historic Bell in Hand Tavern. Founded by Jimmy Wilson (Boston’s last town crier) in 1795, they are known as “America’s Oldest Tavern”. 21 and over only please.
