Adams County emergency medical technicians and paramedics have voted overwhelmingly to reject a three-year contract offer and strike in a dispute over wages.
But county residents should expect no interruption in ambulance service.
“We have no intent of stopping any service to the county. We don’t have any intent to strike,” union steward Kimo Mercurio said. “We’re all showing up to work and plan on doing everything as we always have for the past 30 years.” ...
