RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. — Richmond County authorities are holding an ambulance driver responsible for a multiple car accident on Gordon Highway near Milledgeville Road.
Dispatch says the call came in at 3:47 this afternoon. Deputies say the ambulance did not have a patient inside at the time of the crash. They say the driver ran a red light and hit four cars in the opposite lane of traffic at the intersection of Kissingbower Rd.
Investigators say at least two people where injured, but they did not say the extent of those injuries.
