Attorney Chris Kelly joins Page, Wolfberg & Wirth

MECHANICSBURG, PA — Page, Wolfberg & Wirth (“PWW”), the Nation’s leading EMS industry law firm has announced the addition of G. Christopher Kelly as a full-time attorney, effective October 1st.

Mr. Kelly is a nationally-recognized EMS attorney and consultant who will advise PWW’s clients on issues of reimbursement, compliance, privacy and more. “Chris brings a wide range of EMS law experience to our national practice.” said PWW Founding Partner Doug Wolfberg. “He has significant experience litigating health care cases, defending clients against False Claims Act allegations and successfully challenging CMS regarding Medicare regulations on behalf of EMS agencies.”

“I’ve recovered more than $20 million for clients over the course of my career by representing them in Medicare and Medicaid audits, investigations, state licensing issues, contract disputes, overpayment appeals, and other matters. I’m excited to continue that work as part of the PWW team,” said Kelly.

Since 2005, Kelly has served as the Chief Legal Officer for a national EMS software and billing company. In that role, he oversaw the consulting division and provided guidance to public, private and nonprofit ambulance services nationwide.

Chris brings his many years of experience with ambulance services and billing companies to his role as Of Counsel at PWW, allowing the firm to further expand its ability to serve the EMS industry. He will be a featured speaker at XI and abc360 conferences and will serve as an instructor for NAAC’s certification courses.
