1.) Where did your company name originate from?

Technimount EMS derives its name from the application of technical knowledge in the creation of the most innovative and flexible mounting systems that serve EMS. We also collaborate closely with Technimount Engineering, which integrates its footprint of expert engineering in the development of innovative and flexible mounting solutions to enable caregivers to manage medical devices more efficiently during their practice.

2.) What was the inspiration behind starting your company?

Committed to the EMS industry from day one, the company was founded out of the necessity to increase safety and efficiency for EMS providers and to address the safety needs of patients and staff during ground or air emergency and critical care transport. With a unique vision in mind, the company began with the development of the Standard Surface Base, which is at the core of Technimount’s unparalleled concept for increased flexibility . Combined with high-quality, ergonomic designs for brackets with advanced safety features for various medical devices, the mounting system concept revolutionized the way first responders safely transport their medical devices on counters, stretchers and walls.

3.) What is your signature product and how does it work?

  • The Standard Surface Base is a portable medical device mounting system that is both flexible and secure. It enables paramedics and emergency providers to safely install their medical devices in various applications including surfaces, floors and stretchers/cots. Its Standard Bottom Disc allows for the interchangeability of medical devices, which is crucial to installing the extensive Bracket Pro Serie range of products.
  • Safety Arm System is an innovative way to securely transport medical equipment on a stretcher – a solution mounted on the patient’s stretcher that allows you to safely transport your defibrillators from one location to another using the right Technimount Bracket Pro Serie for your defibrillator device.
