ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police say a robbery suspect might have left a piece of his finger behind at the crime scene.
KRQE-TV reports (http://bit.ly/yXFEMG) police found the fingertip at a smoke shop after gunshots were fired during a robbery. Investigators think the fleeing suspect may have shot off his own finger.
A fingerprint will be taken from the severed digit.
No arrests have been made.
