TEMPE, Ariz. — Tempe police say the man who was arrested after allegedly throwing bottles of wine at an officer also bit a paramedic and a nurse.
According to the probable cause statement, 40-year-old William Paxton Barrett illegally entered the House of Tricks restaurant early Monday morning.
Police said Barrett proceeded to damage both the interior and exterior of the building, resulting in repairs that will likely cost about $10,000.
