Accurate, complete documentation is essential — but time-consuming data entry and last-minute documentation errors can slow down EMS crews and create unnecessary rework for CQI teams. Join us for an in-depth look at AI Assist, showcasing how AI Assist: Data Capture and AI Assist: CQI Check work together to support faster, more confident ePCR completion without sacrificing quality or compliance.

In this webinar, ImageTrend Sales Engineer Troy Lachinski will demonstrate how AI Assist streamlines documentation throughout the entire ePCR workflow. You’ll see how crews can use voice dictation and image-to-text technology with AI Assist: Data Capture to quickly capture patient demographics, IDs, vitals and medications in the field — reducing time spent on manual data entry. You’ll also see how AI Assist: CQI Check reviews an ePCR before submission, identifying potential errors, contradictions, missing fields and narrative issues while providers still have the opportunity to make corrections.

Joining Troy will be ImageTrend customer Bob Snell, Deputy Chief of Operations (EMS) for St. Johns County Fire Rescue, who will share real-life insights into how his agency is using AI Assist today. He will discuss the practical impact AI Assist has had on provider workflows and documentation quality — offering a frontline perspective on how AI can support both operational efficiency and clinical accountability.

You’ll hear how this combined approach reduces routine documentation issues for CQI teams, allowing reviewers to focus on cases that require human judgment. This webinar will include live demonstrations.

You will learn:

  • How AI Assist: Data Capture uses voice dictation and image-to-text technology to accelerate ePCR documentation.
  • Methods to convert IDs, facesheets and medication labels into structured data instantly.
  • How AI Assist: CQI Check reviews an ePCR before submission to surface missing fields, contradictions and narrative quality concerns.
  • Ways that real-time, actionable feedback helps providers submit more confident and compliant reports the first time.
  • The process of AI Assist reducing post-submission rework and easing the manual review burden for CQI teams.
