Brian Maguire, DrPH, MSA, EMT-P

Dr. Brian Maguire is an adjunct professor and former full-time professor at Central Queensland University in Australia. From 2018 to 2024, he worked at the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Medical Research Laboratory in Connecticut where he was the senior epidemiologist. He has a doctoral degree in public health and is a senior Fulbright scholar. Brian’s professional roots are in the NYC EMS system, where he worked as a paramedic, educator, operations supervisor and administrator. He now lives in Connecticut and consults independently.
