GADSDEN, Ala. — A paramedic was punched multiple times by a patient while en route to a hospital Monday evening.
According to a paramedic, the 33-year-old patient punched him in the face several times, swung a stethoscope at him and spit on him. The patient also called the paramedic expletives and urinated in the ambulance, reported AL.com.
The EMS provider operating the ambulance said she saw the altercation happen.
