ABERDEEN, Md. — A paramedic helped revive a cat who was found in a burning home Tuesday.
Baltimore Sun reported that Aberdeen Fire Department crews came across an injured and lifeless cat while battling a house fire.
“Paramedics and firefighters save lives almost every day,” the Aberdeen Police Department wrote on its Facebook page. “Tonight, the Aberdeen Fire Department showed their dedication to saving lives, whether human or animal.”
Paramedic Tammy Hoag was able to successfully revive the cat after “several minutes of hard work,” APD wrote on Facebook.
