Truck strikes S.C. ambulance at high speed

The EMS providers suffered minor injuries

CORINTH, S.C. — An ambulance was struck from behind at high speed early Thursday, according to the Corinth Volunteer Fire Department.

Responding firefighters found that the crew did not have a patient on board and only sustained minor injuries.  

Both the ambulance and the truck were significantly damaged.

The incident is being investigated, WYFF reported.
