WILLOW SPRINGS, N.C. — An ambulance and two cars were involved in a crash just before 5 p.m. Sunday on Highway 55, WTVD reported.
EMS providers were transporting a patient to a hospital at the time. The North Carolina State Highway Patrol has not released any other information.
