DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A man charged with aggravated assault of a paramedic was convicted after testifying that he kicked him in the back of the head.
Jeffrey Carson, 59, began yelling at paramedics who responded to a call for an intoxicated man who had fallen, Pennlive reports.
At one point Carson said he was going to kill paramedic William DiBerardine, swung at him, and kicked him in the back of the head, police said.
Police intervened so he could be medically treated.
