Wendy Lund, BScN, MSc

Wendy Lund, BScN, MSc, has more than three decades of experience as a professor teaching physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology to paramedics, and understands the biology of stress and resiliency. She has extensively investigated the experience of trauma in first responders and built a case for how and why compassionate-based mindfulness theory and practices can build proactive resilience in vulnerable sectors.

Wendy retired early after completing her MSc and founded Wellth Management Inc. She trademarked one of the only programs available that proactively shares the art and science of resiliency called Reach for Resiliency (R4R).
