RALEIGH, N.C. — A 19-year-old was charged after he impersonated an EMT at a house party and “administered” aid to an unconscious person, WNCN reports.

Court documents state that 19-year-old Kenly Fuller falsely claimed to be an off-duty EMT at a party near N.C. State’s campus on March 1. Fuller allegedly conducted a fake exam on an unconscious girl and left her exposed to the rain. Despite the arrival of law enforcement and Wake EMS, Fuller continued to assert he was an EMT and tried to intervene in her care, court records state.

N.C. State University police reported that Fuller then tracked down the friends he met at a party to a sorority house, using details obtained while impersonating an EMT. Charging documents reveal that he claimed to be worried they were drugged and insisted on examining them.

Fuller, a student at Wake Tech, faces a stalking charge and two counts of impersonating EMS, WNCN reports.
