ALBANY, N.Y. — iSimulate will be attending the EMS Today 2017 Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah, this February 23 – 25. They can be found at Booth #1201.
The simulation company will showcase its newest line of products, built around delivering high-quality medical education that engages students and improves learning outcomes.
Arriving May 4, 2017, REALITi is a new, all-inclusive simulation ecosystem incorporating a patient simulator and interactive video debriefing system. This mobile simulation system allows for training anywhere, anytime using anything as a patient. REALITi will be on display at the iSimulate booth in the main exhibit hall.
Also on display at EMS Today will be AURiS, a high-fidelity simulation stethoscope which can play heart, lung and bowel sounds on any simulation platform ranging from live role-players and manikins to table top use in the classroom.
As the founding sponsor of the Hands-On Experience & Learning Center, iSimulate, along with several other companies, will have products available in a dedicated area for attendees to engage with.
In addition to presenting their revolutionary new products, iSimulate, in partnership with Jones & Bartlett and FISDAP, will host the 3-Minute Challenge, a prehospital cognitive assessment competition at EMS Today 2017. Participants will race the clock to answer five questions about a specific patient condition using a monitor feed with waveforms and patient vital signs. The 3-Minute Challenge will test assessment skills, cognitive knowledge and clinical decision making. Challengers will compete for a chance to win one of two iPads daily.
