Denise Bjorge, NREMT, is an EMT, Field Training Officer, writer, and creator of The Boo Boo Bus Driver. With 15 years of experience in EMS, she is passionate about mentoring new providers, advocating for first responder mental health, and sharing the real-life lessons that can’t be taught in a textbook. Denise holds an Associate of Arts degree and will earn her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health from Columbia Southern University in October 2026. Through her writing and social media, she blends education, humor, and authentic storytelling to encourage, inspire, and support EMS professionals at every stage of their careers.
