THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Heather Locklear’s legal troubles are mounting.

The actress will be charged with attacking a sheriff’s deputy and an EMT after they responded to a disturbance call at her Thousand Oaks home in June. Locklear, 56, allegedly choked her father and hit her mother during the incident that prompted a 911 call from a family member.

Locklear will be charged with one misdemeanor count of interfering with a law enforcement officer and two counts of misdemeanor battery for allegedly attacking the EMT, according to TMZ.

In February, the former “Melrose Place” and “Dynasty” actress was charged with five criminal offenses after she allegedly got into a fight with boyfriend Chris Heisser and then attacked a responding officer.

Following her June arrest and release, Locklear voluntarily entered a long-term program to deal with mental health and substance abuse-related issues. Locklear, who authorities had described as heavily intoxicated during the incident, allegedly punched a deputy who was trying to separate Locklear from family members, TMZ had previously reported.

She later allegedly kicked an EMT as paramedics were trying to put her onto a gurney. The EMT is claiming serious injury and has hired a lawyer, according to TMZ.
