Carolina Snypes is the director and EMS chief for Falck Northern California. Snypes started her career as an EMT in 2010, before quickly rising through the ranks. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public health education from the University of North Dakota. Prior to being named director and chief at Falck, Snypes served as EMS education coordinator and safety and risk manager for Paramedics Plus.
