The past two years of Evans Hiatt’s life depict that of a modern day Job, but he finds joy in his family despite his suffering.
“I have to give it whatever I can for them,” Hiatt said from his hospital bed Tuesday. “My wife, Karan, is usually more positive than I am and helps me when I feel no reason to look up.”
