DAYTON, Ohio — A Montgomery County grand jury on Tuesday indicted a Miamisburg firefighter/paramedic on two counts of theft in office.
Jack Ikerd Jr., 38, whose address is listed in court documents at 10 N. First St., which is the address of one of the city’s two fire stations, has been a full-time firefighter with Miamisburg since 1996, according to media reports.
Each of the counts are fifth-degree felonies, according to the county clerk of court’s online records.
No true bill was filed with the indictment. The true bill would have given some details about the charges filed against Ikerd.
