Ambulance runs off road, down embankment toward railroad tracks
The rig’s crew was not responding to a call or transporting any patients at the time of the incident

LAURENS, S.C. — An ambulance was involved in a single-vehicle incident after it ran off the road and down an embankment that leads towards railroad tracks.
FOX Carolina reported one person was treated and released from the hospital with minor injuries.
Director of Emergency Medical Services Matt Pennington said the ambulance was not transporting anyone at the time of the incident, nor responding to a call.
