The National EMS Management Association (NEMSMA) is a professional organization committed to advancing excellence in EMS leadership and management nationwide. Dedicated to the discovery, development, and promotion of best practices, NEMSMA supports EMS leaders across all system models, organizational structures, and agency affiliations. Inclusivity is central to our mission—leaders and managers are welcomed regardless of agency size, ownership, philosophy, or corporate structure.
