Being EMS providers and billers ourselves, we built our software from the ground up with today’s technological advancements in cloud-based systems and intelligent learning. Like a lot of companies, the COVID pandemic was a challenging time for the organization. While we were adapted for remote work, supporting our customers who were used to a traditional office environment and who then transitioned to work-from-home was challenging. At the same time, our greatest source of lead generation – trade shows – came to a halt.

6) What makes your company unique?

We provide the industry’s first fully hosted, cloud-based software for end-to-end patient-cycle management, empowering EMS providers to reach the next level of business performance and patient care.

10) Is there any fun fact or trivia that you’d like to share with our users about you or your company?

Our CEO, Rob Rodrigues, has treated thousands of patients, both as a paramedic and a nurse – at one point, he served as a life flight nurse on a medevac helicopter. Rob later “joined the dark side” as a case manager for a large national health insurance company before seeing the light.
“What are the four rules of insurance? Don’t pay, don’t pay, don’t pay; pay as little as possible,” he jokes.
As MP Cloud’s CEO, Rob strives to find tech-enabled solutions to better navigate the complexities of getting paid from health insurance companies.
“We are driven to support heroes so they can focus on saving lives.”

11) What’s next for your company? Any upcoming new projects or initiatives?

We are committed to advancing automation and efficiency within our software, with plans to integrate cutting-edge AI features soon. These enhancements aim to revolutionize the EMS and billing sectors by streamlining operations, improving response times, and enhancing patient care.
