BALTIMORE — The Maryland State Police Aviation Command announced that Trooper 1, Baltimore and Trooper 2, Washington are now carrying two units of whole blood for patients in hemorrhagic shock.
Soon all Trooper bases will make whole blood available to critical patients across the state.
