"I'm still waiting for an ambulance design wherein I can start an IV in the arm of a patient sitting semi-fowlers and treat them while being restrained. I'm still wondering where I can sit to treat a second patient secured to our squad bench and still have some type of restraint system to protect myself from crashes."
