MEET THE SPEAKERS

 

Scott Wheatley

Assistant Deputy Chief of EMS, NRP, Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Services

Scott Wheatley has served with Fire, Rescue, and EMS departments since 1989. In addition to his current responsibilities as Assistant Chief of EMS for Queen Anne’s County, Scott also serves as an instructor at both the University of Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute and Chesapeake College.

 

 

Zach Yerkie                                                     

Lieutenant, EMS, Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Services

Zach Yerkie is an EMS Lieutenant with the Queen Anne’s County Department of Emergency Services, where he serves as both an EMS shift supervisor and a supervisor of the departments Mobile Integrated Community Health Program. He also serves as the Chairmen of the Maryland MIH committee which reports to the Maryland State EMS Advisory Counsel. Lieutenant Yerkie holds a B.S. in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
