Take the EMS Trend Survey 2022

Take 10 minutes to help us identify the strengths, challenges, opportunities and needs of the EMS workforce

The 2022 EMS Trend Report, produced by EMS1, in partnership with Fitch & Associates, the EMS Survey Team and the National EMS Management Association, will provide expert analysis of 7 years of survey data measuring the trends shaping the future of the profession.  

This year's EMS Trend Survey seeks to explore issues directly tied to provider recruitment and retention, including physical and emotional safety factors and management support.

We’re asking EMS field providers, supervisors, senior leadership and educators from all service types and response areas to participate and share the survey with their colleagues.

The questionnaire will only take about 10 minutes to complete. Share your input by February 25, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card.

The information you provide will inform the 2022 EMS Trend Report, which will identify the strategies successful agencies are employing and the action items for growing a qualified, satisfied workforce. The results and analysis will be presented at the Pinnacle EMS conference in Marco Island, Florida.
