Recently Released Book Traces Ambulance Manufacturer’s History
The book outlines Adsten’s experiences working with private ambulance services in Saskatoon and Calgary beginning in 1967, followed by the startup of their own ambulance service and the building of their first ambulances. The book then traces Crestline’s history through to the year 2004.
The book is hardcover, 360 pages, 560 photos (most of them color). “If you are interested in ambulances, I am certain you will enjoy this book which illustrates the evolution of van and truck ambulances”, states Adsten.
All proceeds from the sale of this book are donated to the Paramedic Association of Canada Benevolent Society to help families of Paramedics who lose their life in the line of duty.
