New cut-resistant shirt protects first responders from edged-weapon attacks

The slash-resistant combat shirt by PPSS offers protection around the arm, torso and neck area


PPSS Group launched a slash-resistant combat shirt to protect first responders from edged-weapon attacks.

PPSS’s UBAC (Under Body Armor Combat) shirt offers protection around the arm area, side of the torso, neck and throat area, protecting four key arteries from laceration.

The new slash-resistant UBAC shirt is designed with first responders in mind, including law enforcement professionals and SWAT teams.

The shirt’s features include two upper-arm pockets with Velcro for rank patches, blood patches or other attachments, as well as thumb loops to keep the sleeves in place.

The UBAC shirt is made in Europe with high-performance cut-resistant fabric Cut-Tex PRO.
