5 hurt, including 2 Colo. firefighter-EMS providers, after Jeep smashes into ambulance

LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Five people were transported to the hospital after a stolen Jeep crashed into a West Metro ambulance, tipping it over Sunday night, KUSA reported.
The two crewmembers had been on their way to a non-urgent call and did not have a patient in the ambulance.
Both of the firefighter-EMS providers were treated and released from the hospital. All three people in the Jeep were injured, and one had to be extricated.
