2 EMS providers hurt after ambulance flips over
Responders said the ambulance turned over on its side after swerving to avoid a collision

PORT JEFFERSON STATION, N.Y. — Two EMS providers were hurt after an ambulance hit a curb and rolled over.
Newsday reported that the ambulance was transporting a patient to a hospital when it swerved to avoid a collision, which caused it to hit a curb and flip over.
Two EMS providers, the patient and the patient’s relative were all injured and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
