Partner Agency Success Manager Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the Tele911 team as we transform the EMS system. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the Tele911 solution with our partnering agencies. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Set project timeline

• Monitor project deliverables

• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

• Manage new partner agency onboarding

• Train and implement the Tele911 solution to new partner agencies - some in-state travel will be required

• Attend EMS conferences as requested

• Assure continued customer success post-implementation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

• Must reside in Florida

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

• Must be organized and task driven

• Must have great people-skills!

Bonus:

• A drive to help EMS agencies confront current public safety challenges

• Technology background a plus

• Full-time or part-time positions are available
