EMS-Team Lead

Day Shift 

  Nashville, TN

We're looking for someone with some fleet management experience who has EVOC and VKF experience. We have twelve ambulances that range from vans to medium duty diesels that this person will be responsible for keeping on the road- the successful applicant will need a lot of experience operating ambulances and fire apparatus.

What You Will Do

Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in emergency services.

  • Guide or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
  • Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
  • Assign, monitor, and review progress of work. Observe and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
  • Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

Job Requirements

  • Age: na
  • Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience required.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Division obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer required.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
