FDNY EMT shot sitting inside ambulance
The EMT was at a stoplight when a shooter opened fire with a BB gun
NEW YORK — An EMT was hospitalized Friday after being shot with a BB gun in the Bronx.
The FDNY EMT was waiting inside an ambulance with the window open at a stoplight when he was shot in the side.
Officials said the EMT was transported to the hospital for a “very minor” wound.
The shooter has not been caught.
According to NY Daily News, this is the third BB gun incident in the area in the last month. Investigators believe the shooter is responsible for at least two other BB gun incidents in the area.
