NC EMS provider hurt after car crashes into ambulance
Police said the ambulance was on its way to a call when the vehicle crashed into the ambulance

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Medic EMS provider was transported to the hospital after a car crashed into an ambulance.
WBTV reported that two EMS providers were responding to a call in the ambulance when the crash occurred, according to police.
Additional ambulances arrived on scene immediately after the crash, and one of the EMS providers was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle was also transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is currently under investigation.
