FERGUS FALLS, Minn. — A 60-year-old Clitherall man was arrested Friday afternoon after he allegedly rear-ended a vehicle while intoxicated and not wearing any pants or underwear, according to a news release from the Fergus Falls Police Department.
Police responded to a crash at 2 p.m. at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Tower Road. The driver of the vehicle that rear-ended another appeared intoxicated and was not wearing pants or underwear.
A private party took the occupants of the other vehicle, a 27-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman, to Lake Region Hospital for evaluation of possible back and neck injuries.
An ambulance took the other driver to Lake Region Hospital. A search warrant was obtained to collect a sample of the man’s blood.
Possible charges for the man include second-degree DWI and criminal vehicular homicide or injury.
He has two prior DWI convictions in the past 10 years, May 2006 and March 2004.
