WASHINGTON — A paramedic set off on feet to reach a D.C. resident in need of medical attention after not one, but two ambulances became stuck on the District’s snowy streets.
Washington’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood, freshly blanketed by another round of snow, trapped the No. 31 ambulance first at Mt. Pleasant Street and Park Road.
