Chesterfield, MO (KSDK) - The hot weather is going to keep emergency workers all over the St. Louis metro area busy.
With the heat wave expected to last for another seven to 10 days, paramedics with the Monarch Fire Protection District say they’re prepared to take on additional emergency calls.
Friday was another record breaking day.
“I think it’s ridiculous. It’s a little too warm for me,” said Ann Coleman of St. Peters. So Ann and her family headed to a lake to cool down.
