WICHITA, Kan. — EagleMed announced it will add an Airbus AS350 AStar helicopter to its fleet, which will be put into service in Colorado at “a new base we haven’t announced yet,” The Wichita Eagle reports.
It will be the 15th helicopter in its fleet. EagleMed operates a fleet of 20 medically equipped Beechcraft King Air turboprop airplanes and six ground ambulances. It has bases in 12 states.
