VICTOR, New York - Key Systems, Inc. announces the availability of its Global Facilities Management System (GFMS), a fully-secure, browser-based approach to controlling and monitoring high-value, mission-critical workplace assets.

From keys and key cards, to firearms and medical supplies, the new system joins dynamic new programming software with an updated version of our family of Security Asset Managers (SAM) to deliver the power and convenience of web-based technology to the world of asset management.

With GFMS, security and facility managers working in organizations of all types are able to: send out custom alerts via email or text messages whenever a device or asset is in a predetermined state (i.e. alarms, asset removed/returned); continuously and seamlessly sync existing HR or Access Control systems with the Global Facilities Management System; control and monitor SAMs from web-enabled devices; track whether employees have returned assets before leaving facility; log all transaction and programming activity in real time; view facility maps featuring interactive icons representing the locations and live status of networked SAMs; and organize and delegate the supervision of smaller job-related work groups more efficiently.

Additional GFMS features include the ability to: deliver system updates over the network; view and print detailed activity reports; load and store unlimited amounts of users; create custom-made rules using Boolean Logic; and instantly find users and assets within the system using the software’s powerful search engine.

Located in Victor, NY, Key Systems, Inc. has been designing and manufacturing industry-leading asset management solutions for over 15 years.
