SOUTHAMPTON, Mass. — The state gave the Southampton Fire Department approval to restart its paramedic-level ambulance services after an inspection Friday.

The paramedic services will restart as soon as Cooley Dickinson Hospital officials sign the necessary paperwork, which Workman expects to happen by Monday.
