EMSCHARTS announces release of tablet application

October, 2016 – Pittsburgh, PA – emsCharts, the leader in Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) and fire reporting for public safety professionals, is proud to announce the release of a Tablet application for their cloud-based ePCR service.

emsCharts Tablet is a native application that runs on either iOS iPad, iPad mini, or Android devices. The application does not require Internet access to create a chart, which gives Emergency Medical personnel the ability to chart in the field while caring for patients. This innovative product provides EMS agencies with a cost-effective tablet solution for mobile chart creation that is seamlessly integrated with the entire suite of emsCharts products and modules.

“We are committed to listening to our customers and focusing on continued innovation to address their needs -- especially in the mobile space,” said Pete Goutmann, President & CTO of emsCharts. “emsCharts Tablet puts the power of emsCharts on EMS providers’ mobile devices and allows them to focus on what matters most: Patient care.”

Through emsCharts Tablet, a user is able to create a chart on-the-go, and then upload to the emsCharts Cloud once they have Internet access. Once uploaded, the user can complete the remainder of the chart via emsCharts Web as they do today. The customizable application offers improved compliance with simple data entry, increased productivity by capturing pertinent data, minimal implementation and maintenance, and unlimited free downloads.

In order to gain access to the charting capabilities of emsCharts Tablet or to receive a product demonstration, EMS agencies may contact their regional sales representative or send an email to sales@emsCharts.com.
