LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Joshua Ware phoned his wife May 28 to report that he’d been stabbed while starting his shift as a Metro EMS paramedic.
“I just got stabbed,” he told his wife, who works as a dispatcher at MetroSafe Communications. “Send me an f—-ing ambulance. I just got stabbed.”
On Friday, Louisville Metro Government released an audio recording of the emergency call Ware made to his wife after a transcript of it was entered in his court case.
