LAKEVILLE, MN – ImageTrend is pleased to announce the launch of ImageTrend University, an educational website complete with videos, manuals and other informative materials. The University will be available to all clients with a valid support contract.
As a centralized online resource the University supports multi-media technology. In addition to the standard PDF versions of user guides, educational videos are the newest form of documentation available. These short videos demonstrate how to use specific features in our software with screenshots that show exactly where to point and click with descriptive text and audio explanations.
Throughout the next few months, ImageTrend University will be implemented in the majority of ImageTrend’s applications, including HireTouch, ChurchWerks and EDS’ State Bridge, Service Bridge, Fire Bridge, Rescue Bridge, Resource Bridge and Patient Tracking.
ImageTrend University will be available starting in early December. Users can securely access the University site through a link on their respective applications, eliminating the need for a second login. The self-service capability of these videos will allow clients to learn and refresh their education at their own pace and convenience.

ImageTrend created the University to help its clients utilize their applications to their fullest potential. Training and educational materials will now be in a centralized location that will give clients ready access to any manuals, quick guides, workbooks or videos available for their use at any time. ImageTrend University can also be used for initial employee training, later reference or to download needed resources.
