emsCharts, Inc. Hires Mike Papciak as Customer Support Specialist

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – emsCharts, Inc. has hired Mike Papciak as Customer Support Specialist for their line of Emergency Medical Services software.

Michael Papciak joins emsCharts after spending most of his professional career working for Healthways in downtown Pittsburgh. While at Healthways, Mr. Papciak provided support and network administration to a call center of over 200 nurses. More recently he has turned his focus towards programming and web development. Just prior to starting at emsCharts he designed and created dynamic web sites for small and medium sized businesses. Mr. Papciak graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with majors in Information Systems Management and Accounting Information Systems.
