NEW BEDFORD, Mass. — Two New Bedford emergency medical technicians accused of violating protocol learned their punishments Friday.
A state investigation found the EMTs did not do enough to help an infant who suffered cardiac arrest in December. The baby died.
It was recommended that Ivan Brody be suspended for 70 calendar days and that Rosemary Nunes be suspended for 45 calendar days.
