Elkhart, Indiana: International ambulance manufacturer, SJC Industries announces its plans to present a fully-loaded McCoy Miller Sprinter Type II ambulance to American Ambulance Association audiences during the AAA’s national education conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 1-4, 2009. Numerous manufacturers offer the Sprinter Type II vans but without the new, innovative and deliberate ambulance upgrades designed by SJC Industries’ product line engineers, i.e., the capability to utilize two different M Tanks simultaneously (Oxygen and compressed air), separate cab and patient compartment air conditioning compressors, LED load and flood lights, an interior LED light header inside the back doors, additional grab rails, vinyl rimmed cabinets, increased visibility and extra storage. Says McCoy Miller’s product line representative, Bob Parks, “When our dealer community asked for the Sprinter Type II ambulance product we really listened. Then, we went to work to offer the most innovative, comfortable and efficient ambulance of its type”
About SJC Industries
SJC Industries was established in 2005 by owner Chris Graff when he purchased 30 year EMS market icon, McCoy Miller Ambulance. At the time of the McCoy Miller purchase, Mr. Graff had already been manufacturing ambulances and public safety specialty vehicles since 1990 as the Marque product line at his manufacturing facility located in Goshen, Indiana. The combined mind trust of Marque’s and McCoy Miller’s engineers and managers, under the leadership of SJC Industries’ CEO Chris Graff and President Chuck Drake, resulted in the corporation’s new and most innovative ambulances being produced under the Premiere product line brand in 2007. At present, all three emergency vehicle product lines (Premiere, McCoy Miller and Marque) are manufactured at the corporate headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana.
